As more than 200 students are gathered in Lille for the Company of the Year Competition 2019, JA Europe took the opportunity to build its “ESP corner”. ESP stands for «Entrepreneurial Skills Pass». It is the first ever micro-credential scheme students can take and add to their CV, to demonstrate they have the skills and competences employers are looking for. The ESP can be used by students to pursue further education, enter the world of work or start their own business.
On Thursday 4th of July, between 1pm and 6.30pm, students participating to the 2019 COYC are invited to visit the ESP corner and get personalised mentoring and coaching on how to look for a job and prepare for an interview.
The ESP corner is made possible thanks to the support of our partners from the Alliance For YOUth, an initiative led by Nestlé and supported by a number of companies.
